Herman Spencer is an accomplished technology executive, innovator, and leader, with nearly 40 years of experience building cutting-edge software solutions and directing teams. Before co-founding SBBD, he was the CEO of Dealentra Corporation.

Herman also served as the Executive Vice President of Software and Product Development at TRIRIGA (currently IBM TRIRIGA). During his 6 years at TRIRIGA, Herman invented the software platform that would eventually become the foundation of the IBM “Smarter Planet” campaign.
